Position Available: Financial Services – Client Services Officer


We are a focused and friendly team assisting our clients to achieve their financial and lifestyle goals in specialist areas such as investment advice, retirement planning, aged care and insurance. We have provided holistic advice to a diverse range of clients for over 25 years and we are now looking for a proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our practice principal and financial planner within all areas of financial planning administration and client service delivery. To be successful in this role, you will be required to have advanced administration skills including experience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs. Experience with financial planning software such Xplan would be an advantage however not necessary as extensive in house training will be provided. 

Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Provide high quality financial planning administration and support to Advisers

  • Ensure all relevant compliance information, paperwork and research is compiled in a timely manner to assist Advisers in making decisions, conducting meetings and implementing advice

  • Understand and adhere to the compliance framework in which we operate

  • Effectively use and understand the implications of data entry into financial planning software

  • Clearly, concisely and professionally write client correspondence

  • Follow up and lodge applications with product providers

  • Prepare client review reports

  • You will be required to answer calls, schedule appointments and greet clients
