Position Available: Senior Administration Assistant

Bush & Campbell Pty Ltd are looking for an experienced administration assistant who demonstrates a contagious ‘can-do attitude’ and a high level of professionalism.

As a senior member of our administration team this role involves assisting with the smooth and efficient running of the clerical operations. This is a diverse role that will utilise your high quality administration skills.

To be successful in this role, you will be required to have advanced administration skills including experience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs, experience with accounting packages eg. MYOB, Xero, APS Reckon would be an advantage however, extensive in-house training will be provided where needed.

You need to be an organised and energetic individual who has an excellent eye for detail and common-sense approach to work. Our administration environment requires you to multi-task within tight deadlines utilising your highly developed communication, interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills. Previous experience working in accounting/ financial services firm is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities of this position will include but are no limited to the following:

  • Providing administration support to Directors and team members

  • Document preparation including financial statements, lodgements, letters and correspondence

  • Maintenance of company registers

  • Liaising with clients, the ATO, OSR and ASIC

  • Database maintenance

  • Reception relief

  • General admin duties

Training will be provided where necessary to enhance your existing skills.
