What if you could gain on the job training whilst completing your tertiary studies at the same time? Imagine how ahead of the pack you would be!
The Bush & Campbell Cadet Program has provided school leavers and university students the unique opportunity to build their knowledge and experience with access to leading industry training and a dedicated team. Of course, nothing worth having comes easy. The work can be challenging and you will have to manage your time but there’s a lot of support too, and the opportunities will stay with you for life.
So how does it work? Bush & Campbell cadets work full time whilst completing an Accountancy degree by distance education. The program is generally completed within four and a half years depending on the volume of study undertaken.
The valuable work experience and skills gained whilst completing tertiary studies has led many of our cadets into exciting employment opportunities including Directors, Tax and Audit Managers, Business Advisors and Superannuation specialists.
The benefits and working conditions we offer our cadets include:
· Valuable on-the-job training with experienced trainers
· On-going mentoring systems
· Annual pay reviews
· Payment of subscribed text books
· Time off work to study for and attend exams
· Access to in-house and external training courses
· Access to our library resources
Successful applicants will commence early 2018.
We invite enthusiastic and highly motivated people with strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities and an active interest in extracurricular activities to become part of our friendly and supportive team.
Your development is at the heart of our Cadet Program. In short, it is the foundation of success – yours and ours.
